Workhuman®, pioneers of the human workplace, today announced that it has been recognised as one of the Best Workplaces in Ireland for 2021, ranking second in the large company category just behind Workhuman customer, Cisco. This acknowledgement marks the 9th year in a row the technology company has been recognised at the Best Workplaces Ireland awards, earning the company a Laureate Award for long term partnership with the programme. The Irish American technology company has also been recognised as one of Ireland’s Best Workplaces for Women once again in 2021 – especially important this year as the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic continue to threaten the careers and lives of women across the globe.
Being recognized as both a Best Workplace overall in Ireland and one of Ireland’s Best Workplaces for Women in 2021 comes on the heals of tremendous company momentum. In June 2020, Workhuman achieved unicorn status with a new investment valuing it at $1.2 billion (€1.06 billion) making them only the second Irish company to do so. The success of the company can be attributed to Workhuman’s employees, remaining connected with each other through Workhuman’s Social Recognition technology and focused on the company’s goals during a time of great stress.
