TD SYNNEX (NYSE: SNX) has been recognized as one of America’s Dream Employers 2026. This prestigious award is presented in collaboration with Statista, the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider.

America’s Dream Employers 2026 were selected based on an independent survey of college students as well as employees working over the last three years for companies and institutions employing at least 1,000 employees in the U.S. from all industry sectors. Over 266,000 data points were gathered. The final score is based on how frequently TD SYNNEX was named as a “dream employer” and the overall willingness to recommend their workplace.

“We’re proud to be recognized on Forbes’ America’s Dream Employers 2026 list,” said Alim Dhanji, Chief Human Resources Officer & EVP, Corporate Affairs at TD SYNNEX. “This recognition reflects our commitment to creating an experience where co-workers feel trusted, supported, and empowered to do meaningful work every day. At TD SYNNEX, our servant leadership culture is focused on helping co-workers excel by inspiring growth, influencing positive change and making an impact together. We encourage our teams to bring forward bold ideas, fearlessly try new things and continue building rewarding careers while contributing to our shared success.”

TD SYNNEX has implemented numerous initiatives aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction, including professional development opportunities across all levels, internal awards and recognition, comprehensive benefit support and tuition reimbursement. This also includes access to a Life Empowerment Assistance Program and a Global Well-Being program that offers resources in four dimensions: physical, mental, social, and financial. These efforts have significantly contributed to a positive work environment and positioned TD SYNNEX as an employer of choice.
