TD SYNNEX (NYSE: SNX), a leading global distributor and solutions aggregator for the IT ecosystem, has received its third-consecutive annual recognition as Certified™ by Great Place to Work®. This prestigious award is based entirely on a survey of current employees about their experiences working at TD SYNNEX.

Great Place To Work® is a global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and the leadership behaviors proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention and increased innovation. In a survey conducted by Great Place To Work, 80% of TD SYNNEX employees reported the company as a great place to work, 23 points higher than the typical U.S. company.

“We are deeply honored to receive this recognition, as it is a testament to the spirit of collaboration, constant innovation, and our unwavering commitment to excellence at TD SYNNEX,” said Reyna Thompson, President, North America at TD SYNNEX. “By fostering a culture where every co-worker can share ideas, contribute to breakthrough solutions, and strive for the highest standards, we empower our teams to deliver outstanding outcomes for our customers, vendors, communities, and each other.”

TD SYNNEX prioritizes co-workers’ success and well-being through professional development opportunities across all levels, internal awards and recognition, comprehensive benefit support, and tuition reimbursement. This also includes access to a Life Empowerment Assistance Program and a Global Well-Being program that offers resources in four dimensions: physical, mental, social, and financial.

“Great Place To Work Certification is a highly coveted achievement that requires consistent and intentional dedication to the overall employee experience,” says Sarah Lewis-Kulin, the vice president of global recognition at Great Place To Work. She emphasizes that Certification is the sole official recognition earned by the real-time feedback of employees regarding their company culture. “By successfully earning this recognition, it is evident that TD SYNNEX stands out as one of the top companies to work for, providing a great workplace environment for its employees.”

According to Great Place To Work research, job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to find a great boss at a Certified great workplace. Additionally, employees at Certified workplaces are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work, and are twice as likely to be paid fairly, earn a fair share of the company’s profits and have a fair chance at promotion.
