The company, which provides innovative payroll funding, strategic consulting services and comprehensive back office solutions to staffing firms, wanted to highlight the company’s history of focusing on the human side of funding. The website reinforces Advance Partners’ dedication to helping its staffing partners weather the changing dynamics of the staffing industry by providing critical backing and consultation during challenging times along with strategic planning and guidance to address new opportunities.
“The past year has tested businesses across the board and the staffing industry has definitely seen its share of highs and lows. As our teams helped clients address these difficulties we realized that, while we’ve always been fully committed to making human connections during our interactions, the why and how of our philosophy wasn’t fully reflected in our communication materials,” said Advance Partners General Manager Jeremy Bilsky. “We wanted to more directly help our client partners and prospects understand that we are fully invested in getting them to the next level, while providing them with the caring support needed to pursue new opportunities.”
This week’s official brand and website launch was the culminating event following last month’s Advance Partners annual Employee Appreciation Week, which included daily activities, contests and prizes. “Being able to celebrate the new brand and website while also celebrating our employees was especially significant,” said Advance Partners Product Marketing Manager Adam Horwitz. “One of the realizations we had during the brand refresh discussion was that we didn’t need to change anything about Advance Partners and our valued employees, but rather we needed to do a better job communicating our existing culture to the world.”
The new Advance Partners website uses a warmer color palette than the previous version in order to more accurately illustrate the company’s core value of humanizing funding. It also offers an enhanced user experience with a streamlined navigation that quickly leads visitors to the company’s solutions including payroll funding, back office and strategic services. The company is pulling these new elements into all areas of its marketing portfolio, including the Advance Partners social media platforms, where it will showcase the personality of the organization through fun marketing campaigns, employee shout-outs, client highlights and community engagement posts.
