The latest features include:
Carry Over Expiration dates for Time Off Balances: When creating a new time off type, HR Administrators can now define a carryover expiration date. The solution will restrict employees from applying carry over leave after the specified date.
Time Off Accrual Start and Eligible Dates: HR Administrators can assign time off accrual start and eligible date for a specific time off type for a group of employees at once. The time off balance will be accrued from the specified dates.
New Time Off Accrual Rule: When creating a new time off type, HR Administrators can now set that the time off balance should be accrued by employees at the beginning of every half year.
Adjustable Time Off: HR Administrators can easily adjust the timings of time off which has already been approved or taken.
Edit Timesheet Privileges for Managers: HR Administrators can assign privileges to managers in order to edit timesheets of their team members.
Set Visibility for Company Events: When creating a new event, HR Administrators can now specify whom (Department/Employees/Reporting Persons) the event should be visible to on the company calendar.
Schedule Training on Holidays: The solution now allows HR Administrators to schedule training on holidays.
Add Materials to Course Schedules: The solution now allows HR Administrators to add course materials to training course schedules which were already created.
