Sasha Kelberg Joins CEO Coaching International as Partner and Coach

CEO Coaching International, the leading CEO coaching firm for growth-focused CEOs and entrepreneurs globally, is pleased to announce Sasha Kelberg as its newest Partner and Coach.

Kelberg is a Wharton-trained entrepreneur, CEO, and strategic advisor with over two decades of experience building, scaling, and exiting high-tech manufacturing and export businesses. Named one of Latvia’s “Top 10 Innovative Business Leaders” by Forbes, Kelberg has led teams from lab concept to global scale, with a leadership style grounded in accountability, continuous improvement, and values-based culture.

As the Founder and CEO of Groglass, a global leader in anti-reflective glass coatings, Kelberg grew the company from a startup into a recognized international business exporting to more than 50 countries. He led the company to 80% EU market share and quadrupled the size of the product category. He successfully executed a management buy-out and attracted over 20 international investors. Today, he continues to contribute as Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

“We are thrilled to have Sasha join our team of world-class coaches,” said Randy Dewey, CEO of CEO Coaching International. “Sasha has lived every stage of the entrepreneurial journey, from startup to scale to successful exit. His ability to grow businesses while fostering values-driven cultures makes him the perfect partner for ambitious CEOs ready to Make BIG Happen.”

“I’m excited to join CEO Coaching International and to work alongside driven founders and CEOs,” Kelberg said. “As a former client, I know the power of this coaching firsthand. Scaling a business is never just about growth. It’s about designing a meaningful life while you do it. I’ve walked that path, and I’m passionate about helping others do it with greater clarity and speed.”

Kelberg is an active member of YPO, a classically trained musician in his early life, and a lifelong advocate for purposeful living, where peak performance meets personal fulfillment. Outside of coaching and board work, he and his wife are raising three children on a self-designed, ever-evolving property. There, he enjoys producing his own olive oil, honey, and fresh produce. An avid mountain biker and hiker, Kelberg enjoys exploring nature while staying physically active.
