NelsonHall’s NEAT assessment ranked the performance of 10 other vendors, offering insights across various criteria to determine top-performing providers in the market.

The NelsonHall CWS & MSP 2024 NEAT report evaluated the vendors and segmented them into four categories: Leaders, High Achievers, Innovators and Major Players. Vendors were assessed through a combination of client feedback interviews and analyst evaluation based on their “ability to deliver immediate benefit” as well as their “ability to meet client future requirements.”
