Randstad US has announced that two of the executives of the company have been in the 40 Under 40 staffing list 2020 by the Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA). This year the list is honoring the up and coming leaders of the workforce ecosystem that are motivated to grow the industry. The hrtech news section has noted that the list recognizes a set of emerging and rising leaders that are making their mark on the ecosystem of workforce solutions as innovators and trailblazers.
The senior vice president at Randstad US, Jessica Zucker, and the senior vice president at Randstad Enterprise Group, Joshua Vesely have been named to that list this year.
Jessica has a passion for relationships, execution, and service delivery which acted as a trifecta for leading several promotions over her career of 12 years at Randstad. Jessica is now overseeing the California region and leading her teams to excellence alongside adding more and more portfolios to her portfolio. Traci Fiatte, the CEO of non-technical staffing for Randstad US stated that Jessica along with continuing to lead her team to growth and success, is also an inspiring mentor in the workplace and industry who has created different tools for development that boost promotions, build a robust bench of talent internally, and accelerate retention at Randstad. Traci believes that Jessica is an inspiration to everyone.
Joshua who is currently serving as the senior VP of the newly formed talent advisory infrastructure of Randstad, Randstad Enterprise Group, has been supporting several large companies in uniting their staffing and solutions portfolios and HR technology innovations into one incorporated channel. Joshua in his 14-year tenure has accomplished various achievements but one of the key accomplishments is the incorporation of RIF companies into the systems for the improvement of talent outcomes and experiences. He has shown incredible creativity and leadership that has and continues to boost the success of the business, and Randstad is lucky to have Joshua, stated chief sales officer at Randstad, Patrick McCall.
