Growthspace, the precision skill development platform, today announced the launch of ExpertX, the first AI-built, human-powered knowledge and learning experience that captures, scales, and personalizes authentic expertise from both inside and outside the organization.

There are two types of ExpertX agents. Internal ExpertX agents are built from an organization’s own leaders and top performers, enabling employees to access company-specific guidance rooted in its culture, values, and operating models. External ExpertX agents are modeled after vetted Growthspace Experts from outside the organization, bringing in specialized knowledge and skill development not available internally, such as AI fluency, emerging leadership practices, or domain-specific expertise.

Each ExpertX agent is based on a real human expert, trained using that individual’s materials, voice, and communication style. Users can also connect directly with the real expert when deeper engagement is needed. For example, a new employee can chat with their CEO’s ExpertX about company culture, a sales representative can get advice from a top seller’s ExpertX before a client call, or an engineer can learn from an ExpertX modeled after a leading AI practitioner.
