Domo (Nasdaq: DOMO) today announced it has been named to Parity.Org’s list of Best Companies for Equal Advancement OpportunityTM. Also known as the ParityLISTTM , this annual honor roll recognizes organizations that are creating the culture and conditions in which every individual has an equal opportunity to compete and advance. Companies are rated across a comprehensive rubric covering recruitment, promotion, and compensation practices, as well as specific employee benefits and policies that help create a more level playing field for all.
“The vast majority of today’s leaders and workers believe that everyone deserves an equal shot at success,” said Parity.Org President Dina Schenk. “But mitigating unconscious bias and removing unintended structural barriers requires intentionality and discipline, not just good intentions.”
As part of its ongoing commitment to creating an inclusive culture, Domo recently relaunched its Mentoring Pilot program, a six-month program geared towards women at Domo, with the goal of building and maintaining a work environment that advances women’s professional growth. Last year, Domo relaunched its Everybody@Domo ERG, focused on fostering inclusive spaces for all voices to be recognized, developed, and amplified.
“At Domo, we have always believed our employees are our greatest investment,” said Madison McCord, CHRO at Domo. “Domo is a workplace where everyone can grow, contribute, and feel valued. We’re honored to once again be recognized by Parity.Org as we continue to work on creating equal opportunities for the diverse talent that helps drive our success.”
