Digital staffing organization based out of Berlin, Zenjob has secured $30 million in Series C round for expanding operations across Germany. This latest funding round was led by Forestay Capital while marking the presence of Axa Ventures Partners, Atlantic Labs, Acton Capital, and Redalpine. The hrtech news notes another funding round to boost the growth and expansion of talent acquisition, a digital staffing company.

Fritz Trott, the CEO, and co-founder of the Berlin-based startup stated that the company continues to make investments further ahead in its expansion and technology. Soon enough there will be more and more companies throughout Germany and Europe that will be enabled with the capability of booking staff by the hour and with less than a 24-hour notice.

Large and medium-sized companies in industries like retail, logistics, and office work will be facilitated by this platform to order staff- usually student employees, through the online booking portal of the company. This has perks for the students, as they are able to find jobs that are short-term and at the last minute. The organization has made claims that the app of the startup reaches around 15,000 students per day.

The students that this startup reaches to reside in 14 cities of Germany, where the business has operations at present. This new funding will aid the company in out spreading its operations in the entire country and prepare itself for touching international waters through expansion there as well.

The startup also has plans of investing money in parts of technology that will further simplify temporary staffing, for example, the algorithms that will predict and forecast staff demands as well as the inherent fluctuations.
