UKG, a leading provider of HR, payroll, workforce management, and culture solutions for all people, announced that it has earned three new honors based directly on unbiased and verified customer reviews. These accolades, which come from influential software review websites G2 and TrustRadius, as well as the Customer Relationship Management Institute LLC (CRMI), stem from end-user feedback about their UKG experience, including feelings about product innovation and customer support.
UKG Pro — an HCM suite designed for larger organizations that prioritize cultures of trust and belonging — earned a spot on the coveted TrustRadius Most Loved Awards list following a comprehensive assessment of thousands of reviews where customer sentiment showed they loved using the AI-powered HCM suite. TrustRadius is a buyer intelligence platform for business technology that provides in-depth customer insights based on actual end-user reviews. Now in its sixth year, the TrustRadius Most Loved Awards celebrate solutions that users admire and have set the standard of product excellence.
“In all my years working with HCM solutions, I have never felt as much support on a product as I do with UKG. What I love most is that I always have a team I can reach out to,” says Christy Wasdin, director of payroll at HRIS at GPS Hospitality. “I have a number of UKG employees dedicated to my account — an expert who is continually optimizing my configuration, a relationship manager focused on my strategic goals, and the whole team is in touch with one another.”
“Our workforce is constantly on the move, taking care of customers, so it’s important we take care of them by providing meaningful ways to stay connected to the business, and that’s exactly what UKG does,” said Malia Goes, vice president of HR for Senske Services. “UKG helps Senske be a great place to work by empowering our people from the moment we first connect — starting with recruiting and then onboarding — and giving them convenient, anywhere-access to important information such as paystubs, timecards, and the ability to clock in and out of shifts and request time off through their mobile device.”
UKG Pro additionally earned a spot on the G2 Best HR Software Products for 2024 list along with UKG Ready — an all-in-one HCM suite built specifically for small and midsized organizations with leaner HR teams. G2’s list is comprised of solutions that streamline and automate key HR functions. Less than 1% of vendors listed on the G2 website are ranked on this year’s Best Software Awards lists, which are based on verified user reviews and publicly available market presence data.
UKG also received honors from the CRMI for its annual NorthFace ScoreBoard Service (NFSB) Awards 2023. These awards recognize companies that achieve excellence in customer service and support. This year, UKG received a 98% in education experience, and 95% for implementation experience. UKG is one of the only two select companies to receive this award annually since its inception in 2000. To be eligible, companies must survey customers at least four times throughout the year and have the results independently verified by the CRMI.
“Building deep relationships with our customers is at the core of every interaction,” said Bob DelPonte, senior vice president of customer success and global delivery services at UKG. “These accolades from G2, TrustRadius, and CRMI are a reminder that our mission in being a Partner for Life is something we try to live by every day. As the only HCM provider with access to 30 years of culture data through our Great Place To Work® Hub, we share the necessary guidance, technology, and insights so customers can become great workplaces.”
In addition to honors from G2, TrustRadius, and CRMI, UKG earned the highest score for North American Midmarket Use Case in the 2023 Gartner Critical Capabilities for Cloud HCM Suites for 1,000+ Employee Enterprises report. UKG is also a Leader in major HCM industry analyst evaluations and reports, including the Nucleus Research HCM Technology Value Matrix 2024 reports for enterprise and SMB, Gartner Magic Quadrant for Cloud HCM Suites for 1,000+ Employee Enterprises, NelsonHall NEAT report for Next Generation HCM Technology in the Mid/Large Market, NelsonHall NEAT report for Next Generation HCM Technology in the SMB Market Focus, and The Forrester Wave™: Human Capital Management, Q2 2023.
