UKG, an AI-first Workforce Operating Platform for HR, payroll, and workforce management, today announced that Rod Johnson joined the company as Chief Revenue Officer on June 1, 2026, reporting to UKG Chief Executive Officer Jennifer Morgan.

Johnson will lead UKG’s global revenue organization as the company accelerates adoption of its AI-powered Workforce Operating Platform. Trusted by 80,000 organizations across 150 countries, UKG helps businesses transform workforce data into real-time operational insight, better employee experiences, and measurable business outcomes. Johnson will further expand UKG’s market leadership to help organizations of all sizes transform and modernize their workforce operations, from the front office to the frontline.

Johnson brings deep experience building and scaling enterprise software businesses and leading global sales organizations. He joins UKG from Oracle, where he recently served as executive vice president of North America Applications, overseeing one of the industry’s largest enterprise SaaS portfolios.

“Rod knows how to help organizations operate and grow through periods of transformation and change,” said Morgan. “As we continue expanding globally, his experience leading large-scale revenue organizations and building strong customer partnerships will help us move faster, execute with greater focus, and continue gaining market share.”

Across various leadership roles at both Oracle and Infor, where he served as chief revenue officer, Johnson has aligned global sales teams to drive revenue growth and strengthened customer and partner relationships in complex markets across various industry verticals.

“I joined UKG because the company is uniquely positioned to lead the next era of AI for the workforce,” said Johnson. “UKG sits at the center of the labor challenges every organization is trying to solve — from staffing and scheduling to retention, compliance, and employee experience. With 50 years of workforce intelligence and unmatched frontline expertise, UKG can deliver AI that doesn’t just automate tasks, but helps organizations run better while creating more meaningful and empowering experiences for the people doing the work. I’m here to help UKG turn that distinct advantage into a new era of global market leadership.”
