Weiss brings a powerhouse background to the role, having built and acquired multiple staffing and tech-enabled service businesses over the last decade. Most recently, he served as Chief Revenue Officer and equity partner at AgileATS, a high-growth applicant tracking system serving government contractors, which was acquired in August 2025 by DHI Group, the publicly traded owner of Dice.com and ClearanceJobs.com.
Known for his sharp instincts, proven sales leadership, and unmatched ability to generate attention around the businesses he builds, Weiss has led large teams, scaled across verticals, and driven growth through both strategy and execution. He’s also well-versed in venture capital, private equity, and business lending, giving him a 360° perspective few revenue leaders bring to the table.
