ResultsCX, a provider of Customer Experience Management (CXM) services to leading global companies including Fortune 100 and FTSE 250 companies, won Gold in the Talent Acquisition category of the Brandon Hall Group™ 2025 Excellence Awards for its successful implementation of employee referral platform ERIN.
With a global workforce of 26,000 employees supporting more than 130 brands, ResultsCX has continued to set the standard for recruitment innovation at scale. To streamline hiring and meet growing client demand, ResultsCX has modernized its employee referral program by implementing ERIN (Employee Referral Invitation Network). The initiative has significantly accelerated recruitment timelines and reduced administrative overhead, with adoption and performance exceeding industry benchmarks.
“This recognition is a testament to how ResultsCX harnesses innovation to deliver impact at scale,” said Rajesh Subramaniam, Chief Executive Officer of ResultsCX. “Growth of the workforce from employee referrals is one of the most powerful ways to strengthen culture and proves to be the most effective in retention. It helps us build stronger talent pipelines and enables us to meet client needs with agility and confidence.”
Mark Cunningham, Chief People Officer at ResultsCX, added: “By reengineering our approach to referrals, we have built a recruitment engine that is both efficient and people-centered. This program empowers our employees to become brand advocates while allowing us to attract high-quality candidates who strengthen our culture and performance. The results speak for themselves, and we’re proud that our work is being recognized at this level.”
Entries were evaluated by a panel of veterans, independent senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group analysts, and executives. The evaluation was based on several key criteria, including alignment with the organization’s business needs and environment; the design, functionality, and delivery of the program; adoption, integration, user experience, innovation, and creativity; as well as the overall effectiveness, impact, and measurable benefits.
“The 2025 Excellence Award recipients represent the pinnacle of achievement in human capital management. What sets this year’s winners apart is their bold embrace of emerging technologies and their commitment to creating meaningful employee experiences that drive tangible business results,” said Brandon Hall Group Chief Executive Officer Mike Cooke. “These organizations have demonstrated that when you invest in your people with purpose and innovation, the impact resonates throughout the entire enterprise, creating sustainable competitive advantages in today’s dynamic business landscape.”
Winners will be honored at Brandon Hall Group’s HCM Excellence Conference, February 9-12, 2026, at the Hilton West Palm Beach in Florida.
