Ahead of Degreed LENS, Degreed announced key updates to its Executive Leadership Team, reinforcing the company’s commitment to AI-centered product innovation, enterprise scale, and customer success.
Degreed has appointed Nicole Helmer as its new Chief Product Officer. Nicole joined Degreed six months ago from SAP, where she led the company’s skill transformation after driving research strategy and data science for new product development. Since joining Degreed, Nicole has led the development of Degreed’s AI and skills product strategy, spearheading innovations such as Degreed Maestro and Degreed Skills+. As CPO, she will continue to advance the company’s unified approach to skills intelligence and AI-powered learning.
Nag Chandrashekar will take on responsibilities as Degreed’s first Chief Solutions Officer, where he will focus on aligning solution strategy and architecture with client needs. In this role, Nag will work with Degreed’s most strategic customers and partners to leverage its world-class technologies and growing platform to deploy powerful solutions that drive workforce transformation.
