Up two spots from last year’s results, Sikich ranks as the eighth largest company in the Chicago area that fosters an exceptional employee experience.

Earning a spot on this list for the third consecutive year is particularly notable for Sikich amidst the company’s rapid growth. In May, Sikich announced a $250 million minority investment from Bain Capital to accelerate expansion and create more opportunities for clients and team members.
The 2024 Fortune Best Workplaces in Chicago designation is highly competitive and is directly related to survey feedback from employees about their workplace experience. To determine the Fortune Best Workplaces in Chicago, Great Place To Work®, the global authority on workplace culture, collected nearly 50,000 confidential responses from employees at eligible companies. Honorees were selected based on their feedback to statements about their overall employee experience regardless of job role, race, gender, sexual orientation, work status or other demographic identifiers.
Sikich’s global headquarters was also named a 2023 Best Places to Work award recipient by Crain’s Chicago Business.
