Dexian, a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions, announced the launch of Dexian Futures, an online coding and career development program sponsored by Dexian. This groundbreaking program offers comprehensive instruction on in-demand programming languages, without requiring previous coding experience. Qualified applicants will receive scholarships to cover the costs of the program and, upon completion of the bootcamps, individuals can qualify for consultant opportunities with one of many Dexian client companies.
Dexian Futures is powered by Dexian’s Talent Development division, which includes Grand Circus, a virtual up-skilling and talent development organization. Damien Rocchi, Vice President of Grand Circus, commented on the true potential of combining coding bootcamps with employment opportunities. “This is a unique opportunity for students to gain education and a direct entry ramp into employment,” he said. “By pairing our bootcamps with real-world employment opportunities, Dexian Futures is a game-changer for individuals seeking a pathway to a technology career and a great investment in the workforce needs of our clients.”
Dexian Futures offers courses in highly sought-after programming languages, including C#, Java, JavaScript, or Data Analytics and Engineering with Python. All bootcamps are offered virtually, with live instructors, and full-time and part-time programs are available.
In addition to technical education, Dexian Futures also provides students with extensive soft-skills training, including communication and interviewing skills, as well as resume and social media profile development. Upon successful completion of their bootcamps, Dexian Futures graduates will work with Dexian recruiters for a minimum of 30 days to pursue placement at a client company.
Applicants to the Dexian Futures program must have a bachelor’s degree. It does not need to be a computer or technology degree, but familiarity with computers, coding, and technology is recommended.
The first phase of the Dexian Futures program will launch in Austin, Charlotte, Chicago, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Minneapolis, and Washington D.C. Additional locations are currently being considered. Applicants must be willing to accept onsite, remote, or hybrid placements and live within commuting distance of the client location.
