“I am excited to join Gusto, which many small business owners and entrepreneurs rely on as the one system to serve all their people and team needs. Few chief people officers ever have the opportunity to shape the future of work meaningfully, and I cannot wait to help Gusto serve the 60 million people employed by small businesses in the U.S.,” said Danielle Brown.
Brown most recently led employee relations, people operations governance and compliance and diversity, equity and inclusion strategy and programs at Google as vice president, employee engagement. She also served as Google’s chief diversity and inclusion officer.
