HRtech startup Good Monday secures €3.5 million for development and expansion

Danish hrtech firm that is aimed at workplace management more enhanced and seamless along with making work staff happier, Good Monday has announced that the company has secured almost €3.5 million in a funding round. This new funding round was led by firstminute Capital. The hrtech news space also notes that this round witnessed participation from existing investors of the firm, Preseed Ventures, Seed Capital, and Creandum.

The company reportedly will be seen using this fresh investment for expanding the operations to London, boosting the mission of the firm to change the way in which organization runs their workplaces, and to drive product development.

Good Monday was founded two years ago in May 2018, by Mik Strøyberg, and since then the company has developed a Workspace Management Platform that has a market space of office services integrated into it. This involves several things ranging from lunch, coffee, cleaning to multiple employee benefits like yoga, birthday cakes, flowers, and gifts. This platform offers organizations complete flexibility while providing them with an entire economic overview of how to run a workplace. This hrtech company has bagged the infrastructure from co-working, transformed it by digitizing it, and then infused it into private workspaces.

Mik Strøyberg, the CEO and founder of Good Monday explained that the present climate and situations have been imposing difficult challenges and issues, but what is more important than that is the fact that they have also validated the decision of the customers for choosing Good Monday. Mik further added that the company was founded two years ago with the word of honor for complete control, overview, and shorter termination periods. And now the team believes that it is time for them to take the platform to London.
