Vericast, a premier marketing solutions company that influences consumer purchasing and transaction behavior at scale, is proud to announce that its commitment to quality, organizational health and work/life balance has earned the organization two healthy workplace awards. The company received the highest distinction awarded – platinum – from the San Antonio Business Group on Health (SABGH) and was presented the Hall of Fame Limelight Award by employee experience software company, Limeade. This is the fourth consecutive year Vericast has received the designation of platinum by the SABGH.
“At Vericast, we have truly created a culture of well-being with over 70% engagement in our wellness programs,” said Paula Jacklin, Senior Vice President Total Rewards & HR Technology, Vericast. “These awards recognize the high standards and hard work of our team members, plus the amazing support of our leadership team who is committed to focusing on the health and well-being of all our team members and their families.”
The SABGH’s annual Healthy Workplace Recognition Award is presented in collaboration with the Mayor’s Fitness Council (MFC) to honor San Antonio-based employers who maintain a culture of wellness within their organizations and offer programs to support their employees’ health needs. Recognition at the platinum level requires a minimum of 72 activities implemented across six categories and accounts for the mission, methods, results and budget allotted for each program.
The annual Limeade Limelight Awards celebrate employers who are elevating the employee experience by improving well-being. Vericast was presented the Hall of Fame award as a result of the care the company has exemplified in well-being, engagement, inclusion, communications and all aspects of the employee experience.
