Key Points

  • Global Payroll Supplier of the Year Award from the Global Payroll Alliance recognizes UKG for helping customers around the world transform multi-country payroll process
  • The UKG One View™ solution provides a customer-centric global payroll model designed for speed, accuracy, and real-time data visibility

For the second straight year, UKG, a leading provider of HR, payroll, and workforce management solutions, has been named the Global Payroll Supplier of the Year by the Global Payroll Alliance. As the global payroll industry’s top honor, the award recognizes UKG’s multi-year effort to help organizations around the world transform their fragmented, multi-country payroll processes with the UKG One View solution — a first-of-its-kind unified view of payroll data, processing, and compliance across 160+ countries, 120+ currencies, and 20+ languages, regardless of which in-country payroll provider an organization utilizes.

UKG One View is a game changer for the industry,” said Eric Sweet, director HRIS at Rollins, a global pest control and wildlife management company with 20,000 employees worldwide. “Having the opportunity to bring our teammates across the globe into one system that everyone has access to will allow us to leverage the full power of our UKG® suite to not only give our employees better visibility into their pay but help us scale our growth internationally.”

The UKG One View solution synchronizes global payroll data from each in-country provider, creating a single process to manage an organization’s entire payroll landscape worldwide. It allows for continuous payroll validation and provides real-time access to data for reporting, analytics, and executive decision-making. While available to customers as a stand-alone multi-country payroll solution, UKG One View is also part of the AI-first UKG Pro Workforce Management™ suite and the UKG Ready® suite, which provide a single experience globally that allows customers to manage timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll from UKG.

“Having access to data globally is important for any multi-national company, and being able to accurately report on that data is hugely important for everyone — from the people who run our payroll to our senior leadership team,” said Sara Horvath, chief legal and human resources officer at Ranpak, a global sustainable packaging manufacturer. “With UKG One View, we’re able to harmonize our processes, giving us enterprise-wide visibility, so we always know what is happening in each of the countries where we operate.”

The Global Payroll Alliance’s Global Payroll Supplier of the Year Award recognizes organizations, like UKG, that deliver exceptional innovations and technology experiences that help global payroll teams perform more efficiently and productively, better support their organization’s goals, and improve the overall global payroll experience for their workforces.

“Global organizations face many challenges when operating in multiple countries, including lack of data access and transparency, that help inform strategic business decisions,” said Richard Limpkin, vice president of multi-country payroll at UKG. “UKG One View customers are benefiting from our entirely new, AI-powered approach to make data-driven decisions in real-time, mitigate their compliance risk, and ensure their people are paid properly, no matter where in the world they work. This is why we’ve seen such exciting growth in our One View business over the last year. This recognition by the GPA, for the second year in a row, demonstrates just how significantly we are transforming the global payroll landscape.”
