The Predictive Index (PI), the data-driven HR platform used to hire top performers, develop effective managers, and retain your people, successfully achieved its first Service Organization Controls (SOC) 2 Type II accreditation as well as recertification with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) through its newest, 2022 compliance standards.

The SOC 2 Type II auditing procedure examines a company’s commitment to data privacy and information security standards through five key criteria: security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy. Designed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), obtaining SOC 2 Type II assessment demonstrates PI’s commitment to protecting clients’ sensitive information. It reassures customers and stakeholders alike that client and partner data is secure.

“The SOC 2 Type II audit ensures that as a business we have security protocols, measures, and processes in place to protect our business, software, data, and clients while relieving any potential concerns around data privacy and security at PI,” said Steve Boyce, Director of Business Systems, IT, and Security. “PI remains committed to ensuring our security management program is comprehensive and follows leading practices.”

The Predictive Index also received ISO 27001:2022 recertification for its Information Security Management System (ISMS). The Predictive Index’s certification was issued by A-LIGN, an independent and accredited certification body based in the United States on successful completion of a formal audit process. This certification is evidence that The Predictive Index has met rigorous international standards in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of its data.
