Alliant Insurance Services welcomes Tammi Starkey as a Senior Vice President and Producer for its Employee Benefits Group. Starkey brings her demonstrated leadership skills and employee benefits consulting experience, along with her deep understanding of the needs of public sector clients, to Alliant’s Southeast benefits team.
“Public entity clients have highly diverse workforces such as law enforcement, educators, and administrative staff, and their benefit needs vary widely,” said Kevin Overbey, President of Alliant Employee Benefits. “Tammi has spent over a decade consulting with public entity clients and is adept at creating flexible benefits programs that also work with collective bargaining agreements and retiree benefit obligations.”
Skilled in strategic planning, Starkey aligns organizational goals with enhanced benefits offerings. As a Certified Pharmacy Benefits Specialist, she knowledgably manages pharmacy benefits, a critical component of comprehensive employee benefits packages.
