Scrum Alliance has announced the launch of Agile for HR, an all-new, on-demand microcredential course designed to equip Human Resources teams with the techniques, mindset, and skills to apply agility to HR functions.
By launching this course, Scrum Alliance is expanding the reach of agile skills into a domain that is on the front lines of organizational change and employee experience. When HR teams gain agile skills, they are better positioned to contribute to adaptable, resilient organizations and environments in which employees are engaged and have the opportunity to thrive.
“HR professionals are at the center of organizational change and therefore key partners in every aspect of transformation,” said Tristan Boutros, Scrum Alliance Chief Executive Officer. “As the pace of change accelerates, organizations need HR to lead with agility. Agile for HR is designed specifically to meet this moment by equipping HR teams with the practical tools to foster adaptability and support evolving workforce needs.”
The self-paced course consists of six interactive modules that can be started, paused, and revisited at the learner’s convenience. These six modules introduce agility in the context of Human Resources and walk learners through the process of adopting agile techniques, tools, and ways of thinking. The course content shows learners how agility can improve employee engagement and the effectiveness of HR initiatives. Learners will also gain insights from real-world case studies and applications.
Agile for HR is now available as an on-demand course on Scrum Alliance’s website. With the purchase of the course, people who are not currently members of Scrum Alliance receive a two-year membership. Member benefits include discounts on event registrations and discounted prices on other on-demand microcredential courses. Everyone who completes Agile for HR receives a Scrum Alliance microcredential badge to showcase their new skills and knowledge.
