RGP Announces New Leaders for Talent and Consulting Units

Resources Connection, Inc, announced that the Company has named the leaders of its On-Demand Talent and Consulting business units.

Michael Lane has joined the Company as President, On-Demand Talent and Jon Bohlman has been promoted to the role of President, Veracity Consulting. Mairtini Ni Dhomhnaill will continue to lead the firm’s third core business unit as founder of Countsy.

“As we continue to grow and evolve our business by adding differentiated engagement models and solutions, we have committed to building clarity and driving focus around our three core business offerings of On-Demand Talent, Consulting, and Outsourced Services,” said Kate W. Duchene, Chief Executive Officer. “I’m pleased to welcome Mike to RGP as he takes on this important new role of leading our On-Demand Talent team. I’d also like to congratulate Jon on his well-deserved promotion to lead our evolving consulting business that is bringing digital experience and functional expertise together. Along with Mairtini, Mike and Jon will help us develop and implement tailored strategies to optimize each unique business unit, foster cross-selling, and enhance our position in the marketplace.”

Mr. Lane joins RGP from Eliassen Group, where he served as Chief Revenue Officer and played a key role in transforming the organization’s sales and delivery functions. His strategic vision and leadership were instrumental in driving significant growth and operational excellence, enhancing client satisfaction, and expanding market reach at the firm.

“Mike brings a wealth of experience and proven track record of success in professional services organizations,” said Bhadresh Patel, Chief Operating Officer. “His expertise, leadership, and commitment to excellence will be great contributions as we optimize sales and delivery functions for our On-Demand Talent business.”

Mr. Bohlman co-founded Veracity Consulting in 2015 and has served as Chief Operating Officer of the business unit since its acquisition by RGP in 2019. He will continue to play a pivotal role in the growth of RGP’s consulting business.

“As someone who has spent his entire 28-year career in the consulting space, Jon is ideally suited to lead our consulting business unit,” continued Mr. Patel. “I’ve worked in close partnership with Jon for over a decade and I know his extensive background in management and digital consulting, change management and transformation will be invaluable as we scale our consulting business.”

Ms. Ni Dhomhnaill will continue to lead the Countsy business, which remains a strong contributor to RGP’s growth as the preferred outsourced finance, accounting and HR solution for startups, scaleups, and spinouts.
