Recruiting Tech Company Tracker Assembles Global Leadership Team

TrackerRMS, a global leader in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software for the recruitment and staffing industry, today announced a new leadership team to usher in the next season of growth as the company expands globally, as well as to create centers of excellence to maximize knowledge sharing around each of its core functions.

Tracker continues to be led by CEO and co-founder Andy Jones, who is joined by Luis Guerra as Chief Financial Officer and Mark Hodgkinson as Vice President of Engineering. Completing the executive team, Frank Rosamond moves into a new role as the company’s Chief Revenue Officer.

Additionally, Tracker has updated its organizational structure from geographically focused U.S. and U.K. divisions to a global “pillar” model led by current staff who will serve as pillar leads. This includes the following appointments:

  • Dave Martin, Development
  • Taylor Dorton, Implementation
  • Stormie Haller, Marketing
  • Noah Heck, Product

Further, longtime account executive Michael Williams has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Global Sales for Tracker.
