Q2 Recognized as a Top Workplace by Austin American-Statesman

Award marks Q2’s 14th consecutive year on the Greater Austin Top Workplaces list

    Q2 Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:QTWO), a leading provider of digital transformation solutions for financial services, today announced it was recognized as a Top Workplaces 2024 award winner by Austin American-Statesman, marking its 14th consecutive year on the list. The award is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including development, appreciation and connection, to name a few.

    Q2 celebrated its 20th anniversary this year. This milestone marks two decades of innovation and commitment to empowering financial institutions and strengthening their communities. To celebrate its 20-year legacy, Q2 employees volunteered more than 20,000 hours in 2024.

    Q2 Spark is Q2’s corporate social responsibility program dedicated to igniting a community of philanthropists within Q2 and serving local communities. In 2023 alone, Q2 employees volunteered more than 10,000 hours for 220 nonprofit organizations; combined with employee giving, Q2 contributed more than $1 million to nonprofit organizations worldwide, including 29 causes and organizations focused on underserved communities. In partnership with Austin FC, Q2 helps to promote belonging and inclusion in the Central Texas community through the Q-mmunity Gives grant program and Austin FC Dream Starter Competition. These efforts are tied directly to Q2’s mission.
