MMS Holdings, a data-focused contract research organization (CRO), has been named a 2022 award winner of the Michigan Top Workplaces by the Detroit Free Press Top Workplaces. This is the second year that MMS has been recognized with this honor.
This award is based on feedback from a confidential survey sent out to employees and measures for 15 culture drivers, including alignment, execution, and connection. Over 68% of MMS employees completed the survey, and based on their feedback, MMS was recognized as demonstrating the excellent workplace culture needed for success.
“We are honored to be named a Top Workplace, and it is especially exciting being recognized for the second year in a row,” said Dr. Uma Sharma, Chief Executive Officer at MMS. “As a service organization, our global colleagues are our strength and pride, and we value our longstanding culture, core values, and the strength of our teams. This award is a testament to what we have been doing well.”
The third-party survey was administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC.
“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
“One of our biggest focuses as an organization is to foster a collaborative culture of professional growth in a healthy work environment for all our global colleagues,” said Daria Fellrath, Senior Manager of Talent and Culture Management at MMS. “We recognize that we can only achieve our mission of bringing strong science and solutions to our clients if our colleagues experience a positive and healthy workplace.”
