Manager360, a provider of software and training for people managers, announced the appointment of Rob Alexander as its Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Alexander takes over the CEO role from Manager360 founder Joel Trammell, who will remain as the company’s Chairman and Chief Trainer.
Most recently, Alexander served as an Account Executive at Beamery, a London-based talent management platform. Prior to that, he held several sales roles at enterprise experience platform Medallia from 2016 to 2022, including during the company’s successful IPO in 2019. A graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, Alexander retired as Major after nearly eight years of service.
“Rob’s acumen in sales, leadership, and organizational development are assets we’re excited to bring to Manager360,” says Trammell. “The company will be in capable hands as we expand our manager-enablement platform to organizations around the country and beyond.”
“I’m excited to step into a role that has such immense potential to create positive change,” says Alexander. “When organizational managers can be at their best, they allow their teams to be at their best.”
Alexander was awarded three Air Force Commendation Medals during his time in the military. At the Air Force Academy, he served as Captain of the Division 1 tennis team, playing #1 singles and doubles. He is a North Carolina native and has lived in Austin for the past seven years.
