The Finnish digital recruitment expert company Jobilla Oy  (company ID 2655898-5) has established a new subsidiary, Jobilla Nordics Oy (3372452-3), to support the company’s significant international growth. The company’s Nordic operations will be transferred to the subsidiary on 9 October 2023, after which all Nordic customers will be served by  Jobilla Nordics Oy.

Existing customer relationships and open orders will be transferred to the new company via a business transfer. The change requires no action from customers, nor does it cause any service interruptions. The personnel that have served Nordic customers will transfer to the new company in full. In 2023 alone, Jobilla’s customers have implemented more than 2,300 recruitment campaigns in the Nordics.

“For many of our customers, the Nordics comprise a single market, and therefore we can best answer their needs through a subsidiary focused on this particular market. Our customers’ recruitment campaigns have produced excellent results, and our net sales have increased by 232 per cent in Denmark and 274 per cent in Norway this year,” says Janne Suomi, Business Unit Director of Jobilla Nordics.

The AI-supported recruitment system developed by Jobilla allows companies to attract top talent that are not actively seeking new employment into their recruitment processes. The company’s candidate-centered recruitment model is designed to be as effortless as possible for the applicant, making it easier for companies to also reach passive candidates.

“We have already demonstrated in the Netherlands and Germany that our concept works very well internationally, and we see significant potential in the Nordic countries. Labour shortage is a shared challenge that we strive to tackle by making it easier to recruit talent,” says Henri Nordström, CEO of Jobilla.

In addition to Jobilla Nordics Oy, Jobilla Group includes Jobilla Benelux BV in the Netherlands and Jobilla DACH Gmbh in Germany. Jobilla Oy is the Group’s parent company. The Group’s net sales in 2022 were approximately €10.8 million, representing an increase of 122% compared to the previous year. Jobilla has more than 7,000 customers globally.
