RedCAT Systems

RedCAT Systems, a leading compensation platform with people-centered solutions for performance and pay, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jason Phillips as our new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective February 12.

With a rich background in global business leadership spanning over a decade, Jason’s appointment signals a new chapter of growth and innovation for RedCAT Systems as we look to build upon the revenue and new customer growth we saw in 2023.

Bringing extensive expertise in managing complex global operations and strategic initiatives, Jason is poised to lead us into a new era. His proven track record in profit and loss management, sales and marketing, business development, and human capital management will be instrumental in optimizing RedCAT’s sales channels and enhancing business development strategies.

The need for companies of all sizes to customize their HR solutions, quickly implement them, and develop effective automation with data has grown tremendously. This is a key reason for our 100% retention rate over the past year. These demands for more intelligent and consistent insights into performance as well as pay position RedCAT well for continued growth. With a 25% increase in our critical engineering staff over the past year and the addition of Jason, we’re equipped to handle that growth with grace.

“RedCAT is a strong company with excellent growth potential and a workforce truly committed to its purpose and mission,” Phillips said. “There is not a single company that does not struggle with complex topics like client experience, pay for performance, and compensation planning insights. Over the last few years, RedCAT has created meaningful solutions to these and more. I’m excited to be part of the team that builds on that and grows RedCAT further for all our stakeholders.”
