HR Acuity Unveils Purpose-Built Trainings for empowER Community

HR Acuity, the category leader in HR case management and employee relations software, announced today an exciting new venture for its 6,000+ empowERTM community: expert-led trainings specializing in workplace investigations and mediation. These offerings will equip employee relations (ER) and HR professionals with practical skills, best practices and the confidence to conduct impartial, defensible investigations and consistently handle complex situations with respect and fairness.

The inaugural course consists of three immersive workshops on the fundamentals of conflict resolution. Led by Dr. Jeremy Pollack, this hands-on training provides employee relations practitioners with the skills to navigate interpersonal disputes and respond to conflict with clarity and neutrality. Participants will learn techniques to guide employees toward productive dialogue that enhances team dynamics and boosts morale. The first course will cover the essentials of effective and impartial workplace investigations. Topics include fundamentals, planning, evidence collection and evaluation.
