Today, Hope Leigh Marketing Group (HLMG), a women-owned agency specializing in talent attraction, recruitment marketing and employer branding, announces the addition of Jason Daniels as Global Head of Sales and Partnerships. In this role, Jason will work with current and future clients to guide them in their next steps in recruitment marketing.
“HLMG offers a technology-agnostic approach to recruitment marketing and branding,” said Amanda Thompson Buffington, Co-founding Partner of HLMG. “Since we opened our doors in 2020, we’ve met our clients with a hands-on, boutique agency approach. We never lead with technology. We first listen to our clients’ needs, build trust and create tailored solutions that drive positive business outcomes. Now our clients are facing increasing changes in the landscape with more cloud-based, AI and machine learning platforms. That is why we’re excited about Jason joining our agency. He understands the diverse technology in our industry and can help clients navigate the pros and cons, as well as guide them with the foundational strategy and marketing beyond technology.”
Prior to joining HLMG, Jason was a Sales Director with Oleeo (formerly WCN), an innovative talent acquisition technology platform using intelligent automation and AI/machine learning to guide teams in their talent acquisition endeavors. Before that, Jason held long tenures with other HR tech platforms – Oracle, Lumesse, Jobvite, Monster and Vurv (formerly Recruitmax). Jason’s prior roles included learning technology, facilitating talent acquisition, human capital management (HCM), career journey, succession planning, performance management, compensation management and much more.
“I’m excited to drive growth and build strong relationships at HLMG,” said Jason. “Helping companies find the right people isn’t just about filling roles – it’s about building teams that thrive. HLMG is a company that understands that and does things differently. We’re not just connecting candidates with companies; we’re helping organizations grow and succeed.”
