Employbridge, the nation’s largest light industrial staffing company, has hired Tim Dupree as its Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Dupree will lead Employbridge’s operational strategy by focusing on strengthening workflows, enhancing customer and partner relationships, and driving sustainable growth across the organization.
Dupree is a seasoned leader with more than 25 years of experience in operations, sales, and solution design. He has a proven track record of building high-performing teams, driving profitable growth, and expanding customer partnerships across multiple markets.
Before joining Employbridge, Dupree spent his career with Kelly Services, where he held positions of increasing responsibility in enterprise accounts, global services, and global solution design. Most recently, he served as president of Kelly Professional & Industrial. In this role, he led Kelly’s largest and longest-standing portfolio, which supported office professionals and finance, contact center, and light industrial talent across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico.
