DirectEmployers Association, the leader in OFCCP compliance solutions, has been named a recipient of a Central Indiana Top Workplaces 2024 award by the Indianapolis Star. This marks the fourth consecutive year that DirectEmployers has won this award,

An honor based entirely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC.

Of the 37,384 companies that participated in the survey process, DirectEmployers placed seventh out of 64 in the small business category of 50-149 employees. Based on 18 years of culture research and the results from 27 million employees surveyed across over 70,000+ organizations, Energage delivers the most accurate competitive benchmark available. The confidential survey administered uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, including respect, support, growth, and empowerment, to name a few. DirectEmployers and its family of brands saw 100% staff participation in the survey, with the results illustrating 87% employee engagement, far above and beyond the average employee engagement rate of 36%.

The Central Indiana Top Workplaces 2024 award announcement comes after winning two other awards, including a 2024 Stevie Award, acknowledging excellence in customer service for the second consecutive year, and a JD Supra Reader’s Choice Award for expertise in government contracting.
