Conexus MedStaff, a leading international healthcare staffing agency, today announced the appointment of Liz Nesladek as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). In this new role, Nesladek will be responsible for creating and delivering workforce solutions and client satisfaction.
Nesladek brings a wealth of experience in business development, client services, and commercial strategy, having held senior leadership roles at Ingenovis Health, Fastaff and AMN Healthcare. Throughout her career, Nesladek has demonstrated a strong ability to build high-performing teams, foster cross-functional collaboration, and drive significant growth.

As CCO, Nesladek will focus on developing data-driven strategies, optimizing partnerships, and enhancing the client experience through operational excellence and delivery.
Nesladek earned a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Business from the University of Texas at Austin. She has also been recognized for her leadership and achievements throughout her career, including multi-year President’s Club winner and Top Producer awards and selection into key talent development mentorship and succession planning programs.
