Now in its 21st year, the ComPsych Health at Work Awards honor organizations across different size bands, industries, and geographic locations that prioritize employee health and well-being through innovative, multi-platform programs, creating workforces where people thrive both personally and professionally.

The 2025 ComPsych Health at Work Award winners are:
- Gold Award: NielsenIQ
- Silver Award: Shaw Industries
- Bronze Award: North East Independent School District (ISD)
Specialty awards were also given in the following categories:
- Mental Health Heroes: Awarded to Texas A&M University for outstanding program that promotes a positive mental health culture and reduces stigma around mental health issues.
- Health Equity: Awarded to the Make-a-Wish Foundation of America for outstanding program that uniquely supports underserved populations and improves health equity.
- Innovative Integration: Awarded to the City of Phoenix for exemplary holistic program that addresses the different dimensions of well-being including physical, financial, emotional, social and intellectual.
- Global Champion: Awarded to NielsenIQ for outstanding program with the most dynamic and comprehensive global employee engagement.
- Power of Leadership: Awarded to Gallagher and Irdeto for organizational leadership that is committed to exemplifying the value of engaging in employee well-being initiatives.
