CoachEm, the pioneering AI-driven coaching execution platform, proudly announces the appointment of Eric Richard to its Board of Advisors. Richard’s extensive experience in technology leadership and product-focused engineering will fortify CoachEm’s foundation as the company accelerates its growth.
Eric Richard brings over 25 years of impactful leadership in software development, IT, security, and operations. His distinguished career includes executive engineering roles at global companies such as SPSS, Compete, Idiom Technologies, and most recently, HubSpot, where he served as SVP Engineering, and CISO for a decade. Currently, Richard holds the position of Senior Vice President of Engineering at Dutchie and serves as an advisor for Vorlon and Nametag. His active involvement in The CISO Society underscores his commitment to advancing technology excellence.
“CoachEm’s approach to combining coaching science with coaching execution will allow companies to realize the full potential of their frontline sales managers,” said Eric Richard. “Their ability to take massive amounts of data from disparate sources and present it in a way that allows the frontline manager to have weekly 1:1 coaching conversations focused on where the rep needs to improve and provide targeted learning to address those specific skill gaps is a breakthrough approach. I’m excited to be part of CoachEm and help companies get the most out of every rep by getting the best out of every manager.”
CoachEm is on a mission to empower leaders with intelligent technology that develops the fullest potential of every employee and fuels company performance. The platform uses Causal AI and proprietary machine learning intelligence to determine which behaviors and skills each individual team member needs to work on to improve outcomes. Specifically, the patent-pending technology analyzes patterns, highlights the ‘why’ behind the data with root causes, and identifies the actions that will ultimately affect the results going forward. The platform delivers tangible results by helping reps achieve greater quota attainment, reducing regrettable attribution, and improving productivity of managers who have greater spans of control. CoachEm leverages a company’s existing technology stack, which maximizes the investment they’ve already made.
“We are thrilled to have someone of Eric’s caliber join our Board of Advisors. Eric has the perfect combination of skills, temperament, experience, and wisdom to help us in our rapid growth phase,” said Colum Lundt, CoachEm’s CEO and Co-Founder. “We will no doubt benefit from his time working in startups as well as his long tenure at HubSpot.”
