ClearEdge unveils new brand identity

Updated brand reflects company vision to transform the business of talent

ClearEdge

ClearEdge, formerly ClearEdge Marketing, a company that ignites talent and HR tech brands, announced a brand refresh that unifies its three offerings: Marketing, Recruiting, and Rising.

The updated brand and new company name support and reflect ClearEdge’s goal to transform the talent industry through its marketing expertise, marketing-focused recruitment capabilities, leadership & development services.

”We have been ClearEdge Marketing for 17 years, but now we have expanded our capabilities to help brands and people grow. I am so excited to showcase the full breadth of who ClearEdge is with our new look, designed by our immensely talented creative team,” said ClearEdge CEO and Founder Leslie Vickrey. “This refresh speaks to our focus on growth, rising, and possibilities, which is what we deliver as a transformative brand builder for our clients, as a career builder for marketing talent, as a growth and leadership partner for women in the talent space, and as a diversity partner for the industry.”

The new visual identity reflects the bold and inspiring nature of ClearEdge. “Our new color palette pulls together the most vibrant, warm colors of a sunrise, which is the visual cornerstone of our new look,” said ClearEdge Creative Director Nicole Cavanaugh. “In transforming the brand visually, we centered ourselves on the hope and possibility of each new day, represented in the optimism of a rising sun and the rich colors that radiate from the mix of light, clouds, and sky.”

According to Cavanaugh, the rising sun traveling skyward is also an apt metaphor for ClearEdge’s commitment to transforming itself and reaching higher to meet the changing needs of its clients and the talent industry. “We’ve chosen ‘Reach for Extraordinary’ as our 2024 rally cry and that too is the story of rising and reaching to achieve great things for our clients, for our team, and for the marketers and women of the industries we are committed to elevating.”

Each of ClearEdge’s divisions—ClearEdge Marketing, ClearEdge Recruiting, and ClearEdge Rising—fills a distinct gap in the market where talent and HR tech leaders need support. ClearEdge Marketing, led by Alison Richmond, provides strategic marketing solutions and teams. Lesly Cardec leads ClearEdge Recruiting, which fills cornerstone marketing roles. ClearEdge Rising, led by Ashley Andersen, accelerates growth for women in talent and HR tech.

“For over two years now, ClearEdge has proven to be a valuable partner at every phase of our business transformation,” stated Michelle Sims, CEO of YUPRO Placement. “This past year, I’ve had the privilege of leveraging all three divisions of ClearEdge, resulting in significant enhancements for our company and team. Having all of these capabilities under the ClearEdge banner offers the talent industry access to a proficient team of growth experts.”
