Buck, an integrated HR and benefits consulting, administration, and technology services firm, today announced that David Gillen, a Principal in Buck’s Pittsburgh office, has been appointed to the Health Practice as Analytics Leader.
In this role, Gillen will lead a best-in-class health analytics function at Buck and provide executive level consulting in analytics to identify and drive winning data strategies with clients.
Gillen previously led the growth and expansion of Innovu, Inc. from a startup to a significant national analytics player as VP of Partner and client relationships. Prior to joining Innovu, Gillen worked in the benefits consulting industry, most recently as a consultant at Willis Towers Watson where he focused on large, self-funded employers hrtech news.

Gillen holds a bachelor’s degree in Managerial Economics from Allegheny College and is finishing his master’s degree at the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh.
