Employbridge, the largest industrial staffing company in the United States, announced that its Chief Executive Officer Billy Milam and Chief Experience Officer Joanie Bily were named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) 2024 “Staffing 100 North America” list. Now in its thirteenth year, this annual ranking spotlights executives making a material impact on the staffing industry and those it serves. Milam and Bily’s inclusion on the 2024 list reflects not only their pivotal roles in driving Employbridge’s digital and workforce advancement initiatives, but also their stellar reputations as visionary thought leaders within the industry at large.

As Chief Experience Officer at Employbridge, Bily leads the company’s enterprise communications, marketing and PR efforts, brand enhancements, insights, social impact initiatives, and the Voice of the American Workforce – the largest annual survey of the U.S. hourly workforce. Earlier this year, Bily was appointed Chair of the Board of Directors for the American Staffing Association (ASA). In this role, she advocates for the advancement of staffing companies across the nation and serves as a prominent authority on the labor force, workplace trends, and leadership development. She is an accomplished author, media contributor, podcast host, and frequent keynote speaker. Bily has been recognized for previous SIA honors, including the “Global Power – 150 Women in Staffing List” seven years in a row.
