This strategic acquisition marks a significant milestone in our mission to provide a comprehensive offering of self-funded employee medical benefits solutions to our clients and broker partners.

SL Management Partners, founded by industry leaders Steve Solomon and Robert (Bob) Lang, is a full-service MSL managing general underwriter and claims services provider for self-funded employers, primarily through employee benefit brokers and wholesalers. This acquisition complements Beyond Risk’s existing employee benefit solutions, expands our MSL capabilities, and provides SL Management Partners with the strategic, operational and distribution support to expand our presence in the MSL market.
