Bespoke Partners Promotes Jenny Gray to Partner in CEO Search

Bespoke Partners, the largest retained executive search and leadership advisory services firm for software companies, announced today that Jenny Gray has been promoted to Partner and will play a key leadership role in the firm’s CEO Recruiting Practice.

Jenny has been with Bespoke Partners since 2019, most recently serving as Senior Vice President in the CEO practice. In that role, she has led over 70 successful searches, specializing in placing high-impact CEOs and board members across private equity portfolio companies. Her work spans growth equity to buyout stages, with depth in B2B SaaSGo-to-Market, and Chief Customer Officer roles.

She has been a trusted partner to firms such as Thoma Bravo, Insight Partners, Clearlake Capital, K1, PSG, and others—helping to identify, recruit, and place exceptional leaders who can drive value creation and growth.

In her expanded role as Partner, Jenny will continue working alongside Bespoke’s functional leadership team to scale the firm’s market-leading CEO search capabilities. Her promotion further strengthens Bespoke’s position as the go-to search partner for software companies seeking elite executive leadership.

Before joining Bespoke, Jenny built a strong commercial foundation with experience in advertising and sponsorship sales at the Wall Street Journal in New York, followed by software and PEO sales at TriNet. She holds a BBA in Marketing & Consulting with a minor in International Business from Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
