Luke Kreitner is a seasoned sales and account management leader with over two decades of experience in the incentive and rewards industry. As General Manager at Rewardian, he helps organizations enhance employee engagement through customizable recognition solutions, working with clients such as Ducati, Dave & Buster’s, Bausch Health, Cabi, and Maytronics. Previously, he spent nearly 11 years at Incentive Solutions (now Extu), where he led sales initiatives and strategic growth. His expertise also extends to Loyaltyworks, where he played a key role in integrating the company’s client base after its acquisition. Earlier in his career, Luke spent seven years at Chevron as a Global Franchise Solutions Manager.
