Advanced IT Concepts, LLC (Advanced IT) has announced the promotion of Laura Faulkner-Rodahaver, SHRM-CP, to Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective immediately. In this executive role, Faulkner-Rodahaver will lead the human resources function across the organization’s multiple states and global locations, reporting directly to the CEO.
As CHRO, Faulkner-Rodahaver is responsible for the company’s comprehensive human capital strategy, including strategic labor negotiations, workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership development. Her mission is to champion transparency and lean operations while improving the quality of employees’ lives through creative and sustainable HR functions.

Faulkner-Rodahaver brings over 20 years of experience to the C-suite, with a proven track record in mergers and acquisitions, change management, and building critical relationships across all organizational levels. Since joining the company in March 2024, she has successfully led HR initiatives for market-leading delivery of IT services to federal, state, and local government agencies.

Faulkner-Rodahaver holds a BS in Business Administration/Management from Florida Southern College and is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). Her experience includes high-level leadership roles at HDT Global and Domo Tactical Communications (DTC), where she managed HR initiatives for both North American and EU divisions.
