aconso, an innovator in HR document management systems and a leading provider of cloud-based HR software solutions, has announced the launch of aconso Insights, a new tool that will give HR teams real-time visibility into workforce data analytics to more easily track and improve against key KPIs, such as time to hire and issue resolution times.
The launch comes at a time when 54% global senior HR leaders feel more pressure to demonstrate the measurable impact of their initiatives, with 37% seeing AI and automation playing a key role in developing new performance metrics and evaluation methods.
With aconso Insights, HR teams can make informed decisions based on real-time data to help improve document processing times, reduce costs, and enhance employee satisfaction. They can use the tool to conduct detailed internal accounting, monitor workflow performance, and access actionable insights to improve workflows and ultimately move the needle on their KPIs.
The plug-in integrates seamlessly with aconso customers’ chosen business intelligence (BI), such as Power BI and Tableau. This provides HR teams with full access to prepared data captured across aconso’s HR workflows, as well as visibility into metrics such as time to signature for contracts, the percentage of documents being automated or processed manually, and approval delays for salary sign-off. Organisations can also define and align data analytics and reporting based on their specific objectives.
“KPIs aren’t just metrics – they’re proof that HR truly drives business success and is a strategic partner within a business, says Ulrich Jaenicke, Founder and CEO of aconso. “However, it’s difficult for many HR teams to prove their impact. That’s because many have been managing analytics in silos or relying on intuition when evaluating HR performance. With aconso Insights, we’re giving HR teams of all sizes the access and visibility they need to lead decisively, act on insight, and turn people strategy into measurable business outcomes. It’s a game-changer for HR.”
aconso Insights is currently in pilot phase and will be available as a plugin to existing customers later in 2025. Administrators can activate aconso Insights directly from the aconso Admin Centre via a new tab where users connect their chosen BI platform and customise reporting dashboards.
