Jackson Healthcare®, a family of highly specialized healthcare staffing, search and technology companies, announced that it has been named to the newly published 2024 Fortune® Best Workplaces for Women™ list for the fifth time.
“This recognition reflects the voice and sentiments of our workforce – 75 percent of whom are women,” said Shane Jackson, president, Jackson Healthcare. “Their 91 percent rating of our company as a great place to work underscores the intentional approach we take in fostering a culture in which our associates feel valued, encouraged and empowered in their work, and creating and sustaining environments where they can thrive.”
To determine the Best Workplaces for Women list, Great Place To Work® analyzed survey responses of nearly 600,000 women to gather a comprehensive picture of workplace experiences. These surveys are measured to determine the differences in women’s responses compared to their peers. Driven by its proprietary For All® methodology, the research and consulting firm assesses the impact of demographics and job roles on the quality and consistency of women’s experiences at work. In addition, Great Place To Work analyzes the gender balance of each workplace, comparing it to industry standards and tracking the progression of women from entry-level positions to executive roles. To be eligible for the list published by Fortune, companies must be Great Place To Work Certified™.
“Fortune congratulates the companies that made the cut for the Best Workplaces for Women,” added Fortune Editor-in-Chief Alyson Shontell. “Based on survey responses of so many women nationwide, these companies clearly demonstrate they have created workplaces where many feel valued, supported, and encouraged to do their best work.”
Jackson Healthcare has been Great Place To Work Certified for eight consecutive years. In addition to appearing on the 2024 Best Workplaces for Women list, the organization is on this year’s Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For®, Best Workplaces in Health Care™ and Best Workplaces for Millennials™ lists, as well as being named among the PEOPLE® Companies that Care.
