Leading payroll and HR provider Zellis Group has announced a new partnership with Kaleida, a fully inclusive B2B marketplace connecting corporate buyers with diverse suppliers.
The partnership will allow both Zellis and Moorepay to access a wide pool of potential suppliers, including those owned by women, ethnic minorities, disabled people, LGBTQ+ people, neurodivergent people, and veterans.
By partnering with Kaleida, Zellis Group aims to expand and diversify its supplier base to promote social value, while ensuring the company continues to engage the highest-quality providers.
In addition to posting tender opportunities on the Kaleida platform, Zellis Group will actively encourage Zellis and Moorepay cross-functional teams to search Kaleida’s network when sourcing new products and services.
Hayley Ingram, Procurement and Property Director at Zellis, said: “We’re committed to developing a truly diverse and representative supply chain, while maintaining our focus on quality and competitiveness. We’re excited about the value that previously untapped supply chains can deliver.”
“The partnership will also help us to drive positive social impact and increase our competitive edge by engaging capable suppliers that will support us in continuing to deliver excellence for our customers.”
“As a market-leading technology provider, we also recognise the importance of diversity in innovation terms. We’re proud of our commitment to DEI and we’re delighted to now be expanding these social values and goals into our extended enterprise environment. It’s a win-win for all involved.”
Jason Roberts, CEO of Kaleida, said: “Many organisations are missing out on the treasure trove of excellent potential partners out there. Broadening out the search to include underrepresented groups is a smart move – not only does it promote social value; it also enhances competition and is great for the customer. We’re pleased to welcome Zellis Group as our latest partner.”
