Venn Workforce Optimization – a provider of locum tenens optimization, program and supplier management, and workforce solutions technology – today announced the appointment of Bev Colan to company president.
An industry veteran, Colan brings over 20 years of healthcare staffing and workforce solutions experience to her role. Throughout her career, she has held various leadership positions within the industry and established a reputation for driving strategies that expand market share, enhance operational efficiencies and enrich relationships with key stakeholders.

Prior to joining the company, Colan served as an executive vice president at a leading healthcare managed services firm, where she was instrumental in securing some of the largest workforce solutions programs in the locum tenens and nursing sectors. Her career also includes leadership roles with such organizations as AMN Healthcare and FocusOne Solutions.
